Tomball Taxes Etc is undergoing a major change to the way we do business.  As of October 31, 2022, we will no longer occupy the physical location in Tomball Plaza.  I will continue to provide the same services, including taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and questions related to tax planning; however, beginning November 1, I will be providing these services remotely or at business client locations.  For those who have already been sending your tax information by email, through the secure portal, or by USPS, my service to you will not change.

Leaving the Tomball Plaza location will impact those of you who prefer to come into an office for tax preparation.  If you choose to continue using services remotely from Tomball Taxes (using one or more of the methods listed above), I will continue providing services to you.  If this is not an option for you, it will mean that you will need to find a new tax preparer.  There will be no one connected with Tomball Taxes Etc at the Tomball Plaza address after October 31.

PLEASE NOTE:  Tomball Taxes’ new mailing address is listed at the top of this website.  Existing email addresses, website, secure portal, phone and fax numbers have not changed.  For those who prefer to text, the office number is now a cell phone and can send/receive text messages.

If this is goodbye, I thank you for your past business, and sincerely wish you the best for your continued health and success.  Please let me know if I may answer any questions, or provide assistance, as you make arrangements to work with a new tax preparer. Thank you for allowing my family and me to work with you over the past 30 years.  I hope we can continue for years to come.

Pricing

This is one of our most frequest questions. We do not have package pricing. Our pricing depends on what tax forms are needed to create your tax return from the documents you bring us and various other situational information you may have. Examples:

  • are you filing jointly
  • do you have social security
  • did you draw out a retirement distribution
  • do you have children under age 17
  • are you normally eligible for earned income credit
  • do you have children in college
  • do you have an investment/brokerage account
  • did you sell your house
  • are you self-employed

What some people may call a “simple” return may be priced completely different based on the tax forms needed to describe their tax situation properly.

What we can suggest is that our returns usually begin at $100 – $120.

A moderately priced return can be from $200 – $250.

A return with signficant self-employment can be from $300 – $450.

Complex tax situations can be higher.
